Gabriel Jesus has send a heart warming welcome message to Arsenal fans after singing a long term permanent deal with Arsenal to reunite with his former assistant manager, Mikel Arteta is currently the Manager of Arsenal.
The former Manchester city forward has told gunners that his happy to sign for the London side from City and will be glad to play in Emirates before fans.
Gabriel Fernando de Jesus is a Brazilian that start his career at Palmeiras before becoming a professional footballer who plays as a forward for Premier League club Manchester City and the Brazil national team before completing his mover to Edu side.
The Brazilian becomes Arsenal’s fourth signing of the summer transfer window after Marquinhos, Matt Turner and Fabio Vieira.
The 25-year-old forward join gunners having established himself as one of the leading strikers in the Premier League in recent seasons. He scored 95 goals in 236 appearances in all competitions during his five seasons in Manchester city.
Gabriel has won the Premier League title four times, the FA Cup, and the League Cup three times. He is a regular in the Brazil national team, making 56 appearances and scoring 19 times since making his full international debut for his country in September 2016.
He was a member of the squad which won the Copa America in 2019. During his international career Gabriel has also notably won a gold medal at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games, and featured at the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

Jesus will wear the No. 9 shirt which was previously worn by Alexandre Lacazette, who has left to return to Lyon.
Jesus says reuniting with Arsenal manager Arteta was an important factor in his decision to join the club.
“We spoke a couple of times about the club, the players, the project and the future. I believe 100 per cent in Mikel. I had a very good time with him before, he’s a very good guy and a very good coach as well.
“He helped me a lot [at Manchester City]. We would always stick together after the training sessions and do some finishing or something. He’s a very intelligent guy and was an amazing player, so if he knows something he can teach me or the young players.”
The 25-year-old also revealed that he enjoyed watching Arsenal legend Thierry Henry when he was younger.

Man City will welcome new strikers Erling Haaland and Julian Alvarez next season, meaning Jesus’ game time could be very limited; Arsenal have lost Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang on free transfers this year.
With Gabriel Jesus joining Arsenal with the other previous signing, Mikel Arteta side is a bid ahead of other premier clubs in preparation for the upcoming season schedule to start in August.
